The Challenge
Inspired by employees’ desire to give back to their communities, PepsiCo sought to develop a global volunteering program. One that gives their people ownership over the initiatives that have the greatest impact on their local communities. They wanted to inspire colleagues and unite the many volunteering efforts already taking place across the company. The initiative purposely aligns with the company’s PepsiCo Positive (pep+) efforts ‘to drive positive action for the planet and people.’
