The Challenge

PepsiCo wanted to build on its long history of diversity by refocusing its DE&I efforts and drawing attention to its inclusivity journey. A journey made up of many life-changing initiatives and programs built around colleagues and communities, as well as a $437 million investment in racial equality. So they came to us with a challenge: help them structure and communicate their efforts in a way that gives the people behind the numbers a stage, a voice, and the recognition they deserve.
